Three Month Lag
I was just sorting through some junk mail from last week, and I opened a large envelope from Intertops Poker. It contained a cheap plastic (as opposed to foam rubber) mousepad with poker hand rankings and the recommended starting hands for Hold'em, along with a letter informing me of their February reload bonus and freeroll tournaments. Geez.
