Attorney Barry Richard of Greenberg Traurig LLP, filed a federal lawsuit Monday on behalf of Louisiana-based Casino City Inc., alleging the government's year-old crackdown on advertising by Internet gambling Web sites was a violation of commercial free speech. [Link]

I really don't have much insight into these legal issues, but I've been wondering how long it would take for them to start making more headlines.

As much as I like the Poker Gazette for bringing these news articles together in once place, it's not cool that you can't determine their original source.
